ORDERING AND DELIVERY

 

 

ALL HIRE PERIODS START THE DAY YOU RECEIVE YOUR BAG. All orders are now processed via email only.

 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

If you order by 2pm on any  business day, you will receive your handbag the next business day, courtesy of our UPS courier service.

 

ORDERING AFTER 2PM, INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

We cannot promise next day delivery should you order with us after 2pm.

For example an order received after 2pm on Tuesday will be delivered to you on Thursday.

Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be delivered on Tuesday (not including bank holidays).

If you have placed an order either Saturday or Sunday your bag will be delivered on Tuesday.

 

 

RETURNS

Should your hire period finish on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, UPS will pick up the next business day.
