BILLING AND INSURANCE
All membership payments and handbag hire payments using your credit or debit card are securely processed online by invoice only.
You can cancel your membership or handbag hire period at anytime. You can do this by simply contacting us by email.
Our membership scheme does not allow for insurance cover for handbags that have been lost or damaged beyond repair. We do offer insurance for slight wear for extra peace of mind. This can be selected when you checkout after selecting the bag you would like to hire. We recommend you have your own insurance policy to cover any unexpected costs. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information on billing and insurance.
