RETURN AFTER HIRING
Returning your bag to us is easy. In just a few simple steps your hired bag will be ready to return back to us.
STEP 1
Place the hired handbag into its original dust bag and boxes provided making sure the bag is secure.
STEP 2
We will arrange UPS courier for the bag to be picked up.
Use the Elite Couture return address label provided to stick onto the box you are returning.
STEP 3
Once we have received the handbag we will contact you to confirm. Its that simple.
Bags which are due to be returned on a Public holiday, good news, you have an extra hire day for free
and should make arrangements to return the bag the next business day.
REFUND POLICY
Please be aware we do not give refunds for handbags returned to us early. If you have placed an online order but have decided to hire a different bag, you will need to contact us.
Your hire purchase will start immediately upon receiving the bag from our courier. Security deposit paid with your handbag hire will be refunded back to your account after the handbag is returned to us (this might take up to 24 hours to show in your account).
